Did you join the WT as an adult & at what stage could you have left?
by Curious Christian inmy best friend of almost 30 years started studying with a jw aquaintance of her's about 8 yrs ago.
she didn't tell me about for 5-6 years.
she said she was kind of in and out of studying.

Can you help me with some one who is not baptised as JW yet? The story:
by Curious Christian inmy best friend is a stone's throw from jw baptism.
she told me she is not celebrating christmas this year.
(this is a gal who used to make it a point to "mend fences" with disgruntled friends and boy friends, in order to trade gifts!

How do I find Former JWs in my area?
by Curious Christian ini would like to find former jws in my immediate area.
i have done a search on-line, but no luck.
i would like to find them without drawing attention to myself from those still in the jws, since i have close friends and family in the wt.

Not Quite Baptised JW, but getting there...
by Curious Christian inmy best friend started "studying" with the jws about 8 years ago.
she was off and on for awhile.
she just informed me that she and her family will not celebrate christmas any longer.

Advice Appreciated
by Curious Christian ini would like to start a small group that would mimic the jw approach, only specifically target those involved in jws.
i would like to hear from former jws who could advise me about what they wish someone had said to them when they were in the jws.
words to use, not use.
